This book is jam-packed with wonderful advice and help to increase your positive energy, increase your self-love, and MUCH more. Tanaaz is a very very wise young woman and you can trust that you will benefit greatly from this book. I wish it came in darker print (larger print, too) but nonetheless, it is a valuable asset to your library if you are going through anything difficult in your life or if you are depressed and need help. Highly recommended!

I have been a faithful reader of foreverconscious.com for a long time, so I was excited to see that she had this book coming out. I was reading another book that I was really into when I realized that my preorder of this book was available on my Kindle. When I picked it up, I only intended to read the first few pages, but ended up not being able to put it down!!I have read many books with these same concepts and themes, but this author did an AMAZING job of rolling all of it into one very well written, easy to read book! As someone who practices some of this already, I still found it a very inspiring, helpful read. I think that it's also a perfect book to recommend to friends and family who are trying to understand my belief system who haven't read anything else on these subjects. In fact, I have recommended it already to several people and one of them also loved it and could not put it down! Regardless of where you are on your journey, I am positive that you will not regret buying and reading this book! I can't recommend it highly enough!
The last few years I have been studying everything I could find on the various forms of energy healing and when I saw this 240 page soft cover book (The Power of Positive Energy by Tanaaz Chubb) on Amazon for a bargain price I decided to purchase it.When I first started reading this book I was not impressed; however, by the time I finished it I liked the author’s approach to becoming healthy and well physically, intellectually, emotionally and spiritually. This book is organized into three parts with a total of eleven chapters covering the following topics: Awakening yourself as an energetic being, the power of energy, the energy of self-love, your creative powers, discover your purpose, let the universe guide you, access your intuition, overcome common obstacles, embrace higher realms, heal your mind, body and soul, positive energy and positive life.Even though I did not agree with everything taught in this book; nevertheless, if you are seeking a positive approach to tapping the universal energy power to health and personal improvement you may want to check out this book.Rating: 4 Stars. Absolutely LOVE this book. The content is in-depth without getting boring or confusing. The topics and the way they are brought up have a beautiful flow and it was like Tanaaz knew what I was going to be thinking and want to ask. The exercises, quotes and reminders are well placed and very helpful. This is a book I was going to read and if it was worthy I planned on passing it along to a friend, but after reading it I changed my mind... I want to keep it, so I will buy my friend her own copy. Actually, I plan on buying a copy for a fe of my friends now. I am a fan of "Forever Conscious" and now I am an even bigger fan after reading this beautiful, well written, insightful, helpful, positive book of empowering wisdom. I recommend this book to anyone who wishes to expand their mindfulness, positivity, and awareness, but also to those that just want to know more about positive thinking and energy in general. I actually give this book more than 5 stars... it’s an awesome read I’m on chapter 2 but I know I’ll be through half of the book today... if you think about many of the things in this book it’s self explanatory ( I already knew most of this because my frequency level is high) but if you really think about what she is actually saying it makes perfect sense.... I recommend this book to anyone that wants to learn about positive energy, vibrations and frequency.... I’m only on chapter 2 but it’s a great read I’m going to purchase another for my mother for Christmas.
I very rarely write reviews on "self=help" books because I've found a book that didn't move you the first time you read it will have much meaning the second time, but this book hit me from start to finish. It provides a way of looking at life that is in sync with my own experiences. I will be ordering more of this author's books.
